For more than ten years, Brittany Ingram thought she wouldn’t be able to have more children. She had been diagnosed with endometriosis and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), two serious health problems that can make it very hard to get pregnant. Doctors told her early on that having children might not be possible for her.

But Life Had Other Plans

Brittany, now 36, still remembers the hard moment when doctors gave her the news.
“They told me, ‘You’re going to have a hard time having children,'” she said.

Even though the chances were low, Brittany had laparoscopy surgery. Soon after, she and her husband, Josh, had a baby boy named Joshua Blaine Ingram.
Doctors advised her to try for another baby soon, or she might need surgery again to get pregnant.

“I’ve seen so much heartbreak with the IVF journeys and everything,” Brittany said. “And I thought, ‘I have my son, and I’ll just pour all my love into him.'”
As the years passed, Brittany and Josh began to accept that their son, Joshua Blaine Ingram, might be their only child. They held on to hope and faith, believing that if more children were meant to come, it would happen in God’s time.
“We were just leaving it up to God,” Brittany said. “After 10 years, we really believed that Joshua would be our one and only.

Everything changed in August 2024, the week Brittany turned 36. She decided to take a pregnancy test.
She made an appointment to check if she was really pregnant. However, the ultrasound revealed something nobody had expected.

“There are three babies,” the doctor said.
“I couldn’t believe it,” Brittany said. “The doctor said, ‘I’ve never seen this before.'”The doctor was also surprised

Before even stepping into the doctor’s office, Brittany had a strange and vivid dream.

“I had a dream we were having triplets,” she recalled. “I told my husband, and he said, ‘Oh my gosh. What would we do?

It’s crazy to me that it could even happen,” she said.

A Pregnancy Full of Fear But Worth Every Second

Although the news was exciting, carrying triplets also brought a great deal of worry and fear.
“There were times I was terrified something might go wrong,” Brittany said. “But I wouldn’t trade it for anything.”
Thankfully, all three babies were born healthy, and the doctors say they are growing well.

Don’t Give Up. These Stories Prove It’s Possible

Now living in Deatsville, Alabama, Brittany’s story is giving hope to many families who are struggling with infertility.

“We thought we would never have more kids, and now I’m a mom of four. It feels like a lot, but in the best way,” she said. “I’m tired, I feel emotional, but I’m very thankful.”

Her message to others is clear and full of hope:
